Hey guys! This is my first post so please comment or dm anything you want me to write tips for!🙂
-Do some skipping 3 or more times a week, this will build your muscles in your legs needed for lift, try to do 50 normal (slow skips) then 50 fast skips and then 25 hops on each foot, if you do this 3 times a week you will definitely become stronger.
-Whenever you're at class or practising at home try to do your full dance with as much lift/energy as you can, again, this will strengthen your legs and you will become more used to dancing with more energy.
-Drill your leaps or any move that you need to improve lift on keep gong over the same move about 25-50 times before or after practise or class, you will definitely notice a change in your dancing and you will benefit from doing this.
